Introduction

The aim of this worksheet was to show and present our experiences with healing and using hydrotherapy dressings healing our patients in three cases of chronic wound etiology. In our practice we observe many times different ways of chronic wounds treatment especially when they are not provided with EBM rules. We decided to show and improve very good results of using dual dresseing hydrotherapy in the way of chronic wound healing process. We tried to improve very good results by supply of hydrotherapy in early wound debridment procedures.
