Introduction

Necrosis Fasciitis on the lower left leg admitted after 2 weeks coming from Africa, in a septic condition.

The tibial bone was completely exposed and at high risk of above the knee amputation treated successfully by HydroClean® (HC) at Saint George Hospital University Medical Center in Lebanon.

The treatment plan is to first save the limb, then grow solid granulation tissue as a precondition for the successful uptake of the graft.
