Introduction

Post-traumatic dissequant haematoma (DH) are frequent, especially in elderly, with an anticoagulant (AC) treatment. Inour emergency department (ED), we proposed a 3 steps program: surgical debridement in the ED (without no prior anesthesia – sometimes topical lidocaïne), Hydroclean® (HC) every day, then control at day 1, day 10 and day 30.
