The Management Of The Patient With Dorsal Part Of The Foot Diabetic Gangrene

Case

A 58-year-old male patient with an extended diabetic gangrene situated on the dorsal part of the right foot.

This is a non stabile diabetic patient under insulin treatment.

The aim was to treat the patient using a conservative surgical attitude and to avoid amputation of the leg.
