Complex treatment and follow-up of patient with diabetic macro- and microangiopathy, diabetic foot ulcer and infection found that Negative pressure wound therapy accelerates the healing of diabetic foot. Applying this method helps the growth of granulating tissue over the wound area, even when infection is present.
