Summary

Surgical management of lymphatic malformations can be complicated with recurrent seromas, infections and local recurrence.

We report a case of giant congenital lymphangioma in a child of eleven years highly complicated after surgery and successfully resolved with negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT).
